Shipping

We ship Australia wide from Melbourne. Shipping is $9.95 per order, and free on orders over $50 after set savings.

Orders are dispatched within [number] business days and we email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within [number] days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it. This doesn’t limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns: [your policy, for example unused and in the original box within 30 days, customer pays return postage].

Because natural stone varies, small inclusions, veils and colour differences are not faults.

Privacy

When you reserve an order we collect your name, email and, if you choose, your mobile number. We use them only to manage your order and contact you about it. We don’t sell your details. Contact us any time to ask for your details to be removed.
